Trick or Treat at the Museum! (2:00pm-4:00pm)
Come down to the Museum for a ghoulish good time! On Saturday, October 29, from 2-4pm, admission into the museum will be free for the trick or treat event! Visit our period rooms to get a trick or a treat from a Pioneer, Victorian, Midcentury Madame, and many more spooky friends! You don't want to miss

Plank Owner Program with Rich Mrozinski (2:00 pm at the Museum)
Rich Mrozinski will be unveiling two plank owner plaques from the USS Indianapolis and the Hoosier Boat at 2:00. Speeches from Rich and other vets will be part of the program. Veterans and active duty military get in free. Price of admission for adults is $5.00, $4.00 for seniors, and members and kids get in

Kirk Rogers, Co-President of the Michigan City Historical Society, will share his knowledge of the Old Lighthouse in Michigan City, lighthouse keeper Harriet Colfax, the pierhead light, the themes of rooms at the museum, and more interesting history of this unique landmark of La Porte County. Members and the public are invited to attend!
