How do I Donate Objects to the Museum?

Please fill out the donation questionnaire below for the objects you are wanting to donate to the La Porte County Historical Society Museum.

Once the questionnaire is filled out, please either email the form to our Collections Manager at [email protected] or bring it into the Museum. The form will be reviewed and you will be notified of the decision of the object(s).
