DESCRIPTION:As part of the conclusion of La Porte County Historical Society’s presentation of Hoosiers and Their Hooch\, former Judge William J. Boklund will discuss the impact of Prohibition on the law in general and specifically on two criminal trials that occurred in La Porte that turned the legal system upside down. Come to the La Porte County Historical Society Museum on Saturday\, September 24 at 2pm to hear this fascinating talk with former Judge Boklund and see the Hoosiers and Their Hooch traveling exhibit before it leaves! Price of admission is $5.00 for adults\, $4.00 for seniors\, and kids and members get in free.
